Our storage facility is easy to reach from cities along or near Highway 75 including Melissa, Van Alstyne, McKinney, Howe, Gunter, or anywhere else in Northern Collin County and Southern Grayson County. AMENITIES: We offer climate-controlled self storage, along with non-climate controlled units, covered parking, and outdoor RV and boat storage. We have a wide range of storage unit sizes from 5x5 to 10x25.

9AM - 6PM Monday through Friday 9AM - 5PM Saturday Closed on Sunday After hours available by appointment

Controlled access gate

Provides additional security with keypad code and camera to enter. Gate hours: 6AM - 9PM. Extended hours can be arranged.

Video surveillance

Cameras throughout facility and all are recorded by closed circuit television.

Resident manager

Husband and wife managers living on site 7 days a week.

Additional bright lighting throughout storage facility.

Supplies

Locks, boxes, and other moving supplies available at the storage office.

Payment methods

Visa/MasterCard and debit cards accepted along with normal conventional payment methods. Tenants may pay by credit card or set up automatic monthly payments on our secure server.
